Inserting, reading, launching a program, and ejecting a dvd-r in a usb disc drive (repackaged "hp dvdram gu90n" laptop drive) with the occasional rumble of a 2tb 7200rpm internal hard drive (in an enclosure) and mouse clicks. Computer fan may be audible in background. Contains seek noises. Recorded on blue yeti in omnidirectional mode and denoised in rx 8 (drive whine re-enhanced though as noise removal made it quieter). Labels added to audio in fl studio edison.

An absolute thumper with a deep bottom end which sounds like knife party's vibrant style (similar to the kick drum in their track lrad).

This is a hard one hit kick. 2 kick sounds have been manipulated with eq and effects, but not over processed, put together into one. So what you end up with is a clean kick that you can hear and feel. Rendered in fl studio.

I downloaded the original break from here: http://www. Freesound. Org/people/patchen/sounds/20176/# and split the break into individual hits then reworked it in sony acid with additional free sub kick booms rendered at 102 bpm. Enjoy :).

Simple type of riff which would work for a beginning or break segment. Low gain type of sounds. Call it garage rock or alternative lo-fi rock. Actually changes into a couple different segments which might be useful.

Here's some more of that young couple next door. They did a quick one, about 10 minutes or less. Sounds like they enjoyed it. Got some good loud sounds of the woman. There's a bit of the man too but hard to hear. The sex parts are from 1:45-4:40, 2:30 is when the woman starts to make loud moans. This was edit and shorten with audacity.

I was on my way to a meeting a few doors down from this intersection and there was some nice sounds happening, it's in the late morning and so people are hard at work and moving around and doing their thing. There's some cool door chimes, trucks, traffic, random conversations, etc.

This is a quick minecraft note block loop (drums only) that i made in multitrack daw mobile (i don't know how i did it in that app, it's so hard to use) with original sounds from the game. And in case you want to know it's 105 bpm. I'll work on more note block tracks soon. Also sorry it's not a perfect loop you will have to take off some space on the end of the clip for it to be perfectly continuous. The app is very hard to use so i couldn't cut it just right.

Me playing around with some zips and clothing to get various sounds. There are two types of zips recorded. One for a piano bag and one for a recorder case. The clothing is two types of hard and softer more malleable jean material. Recorded with zoomh5 at 96hz. Raw file recordings with a bit of noise reduction.

Clean sounds of twistling a 3/4 full dark chocolate bar (200 grams in full) in it's plastic wraps. Lastly there is a pure snap of one choco piece in half, which is just awesome. The chocolate is moderately thick (approx 1 cm) and it is originally meant for baking.

This series is done through layering and processing many samples of drum sounds i synthesised using various plugins namely xoxo's vst's and zynaddsubfx mixed with some old hardware samples i made a long time ago. There are 4 packs of the same series : perc snare kick and hats all using the same process.

I've spotted two skaters on a pavement and i decided to spend my last few free megabytes on the sounds they were making. The skaters were rolling on a hard pavement made of small square panels. Recorded with rare pair of xy mics of zoom h2 (hand-held) @ 96khz/24-bit. Unprocessed and unedited recording. Converted to flac with audacity.

This mp3 contains a series of sounds that can be divided into individual elements if needed. I set down a full, unopened can of beer several times on a hard surface. Then i opened the can of beer. Then i placed it down again and flexed the aluminum a bit. Finally, i took a long gulp of beer and let out a satisfied "ahhhhhh!" now i'm drinking the beer as i upload this file. Mmmmmm. . . Beer.

Made with free tuareg 1. 5 and cool edit pro 2. 1. This breakbeat sequence includes the hot pants break* and the amen break** (besides the four crashes added after exporting from tuareg, mixed with cool edit pro 2. 1). I applied some cuts and two distorsion levels to the last one (i always loved to distort breakbeats). I made it several years ago, i think originally at 120 bpm or 140 bpm. . . But i wanted to check out how does it sounds at 96 bpm and i liked. Anyway, this is acid-sized (its duration is exactly 41 bars at 96 bpm), so you can change the speed to any bpm you want. * http://www. Freesound. Org/people/bronxio/sounds/200173/** http://www. A recording of the riots in leipzig, germany at the 12th of december, 2015. After a more or less peaceful protest against right-wing parties, neo-nazis and other right-wing extremist, the mood shifted. The policemen and the black bloc acted aggresive against each other. Armored water canon trucks, teargas grenates, stones. . . I also had to run often, stood in the middle with my microphone. I just cuttet out some hard knocks on the mic. . . Nothing more. .

Better set on monoaural on your daw if possible due to the off-center recording. Having been a bit ill on some rich iron content food i couldn't stomach (offal it was, it was the sheep fried liver who was the culprit - the very rich iron content upset my stomach pretty bad - was looking for something "new". ). Keep in mind that i am unable to do this as a request for obvious reasons including health, livelihood and risk of damage to equipment. I tried very hard to avoid shaking the zoom as not to make the wobbling sounds. If i am ill again, i'll use my ma-2 (microphone stick) and gravity microphone stand and get a real good recording of real vomiting but keep in mind this was recorded in my showerroom so some er may occur.

Recorded with tascam dr-07mkii. While on holiday staying in a country cottage near some cow fields, there was a mother cow and what must have been her 2 calves which had been put into separate fields either side of a road. This was obviously pretty distressing for the cows and so they were constantly mooing at each other and being the kind of guy i am, of course i recorded it!. I have done as much as i can to reduce wind and other background noises (the windshield i have for my dr-07 doesn't seem to do a lot except make it look like it's got a 70s afro) and have trimmed all the cow sounds out and put them together into this one file. Some are better than others, it was hard to know which cow was gonna make a noise next. Free to use for anything, if you use it, would be cool if you let us know where in the comments, be interesting to see where they end up :).

This is a recording of myself sleeping, beginning ~ 1:00 am local time (~ 3hrs after going to bed) on january 10th, 2020 (which i later discovered was a full moon). I was in the midst of experimenting with recording myself all night long out of curiosity, using a laptop placed near the head of my bed. This particular recording was the only anomalous one (the rest consisting mostly of just breathing or snoring with occasional sleep-talking). This ~2 hour recording has several interesting properties, which make it hard for me to believe that these sounds were actually going on while i was sleeping. On the other hand, i don't have a memory of editing this file if i did. Either way, i find it unsettling. I found the file in oct 2021 while organizing my samples. As far as i can remember, this is the original raw recording. On further inspection, i discovered that it has some additional peculiar properties that make it even harder to believe i could have made it without remembering doing so. The audio spans almost exactly 118min (7080s). There’s a frequency sweep with a cycle-length of 6480ms that repeats throughout the entire recording. Dividing the 118min by 6. 48min (60 cycles) results in 18 parts containing exactly 60 cycles and a remainder of 12 cycles. If you think you know the source of the strange sounds or if you've ever heard anything similar, please let me know in the comments or email me at storyofthelie@protonmail. Com. I collected the most interesting bits into this pack:https://freesound. Org/people/storyofthelie/packs/33653/. In front of my desk in my room is a wood paneled wall with a cubbie. It's about a foot wide, 10 inches from top to bottom and maybe 7 inches deep. I'm just guessing. Around this cubbie is a border of wood. In the bottom right corner under the border i have jammed one end of an elastic string that used to have glitter on it. It's from a christmas box of chocolates my uncle sent me last year. I stand in front of this cubbie whose bottom is at chin height, (i'm only 5ft1in) so my arms are above my head as i pull this string across the cubbie to the border on the left which acts as my only fret. The string is a few inches longer than the cubbie is wide, but when i pull it it gets longer so my hand is 3/4 along it's length as i pull back and forth across the border to tighten and loosen the string. No matter how hard i pull it never pops loose from it's mooring. The recording starts with me standing up from my chair. In the first part until 01:54 i am playing the string at maybe 30° from horizontal. It has a buzzy quality that reminds me of an african folk instrument i can't remember the name of. From 01:33 to 01:54 i'm trying to imitate a korean folk vibrato kind of thing. In the second part until 02:29 i am playing 45 to 60° from horizontal and it sounds like a full-bodied string bass with no buzz. In the last part beginning at 02:34 i am playing about 75° from horizontal across the top border of the cubbie on the left so it sounds buzzy and african again, and i'm just going crazy goofing around with a crazy bluesy rock sort of rhythm. There didn't seem to be any homemade 1-stringed wall-cubbie basses on this site so here is mine, have fun. I don't play it if mom is home because the living room is on the other side of the wall and she can't hear tv. Also my neighbor can probably hear it in the next apartment lol. Recorded with microsoft lifecam 3000.

Sounds of orchestral drums that can be used for film scoring or making other kinds of soundtrack music. Begins with oneshots, there's also rolls, accents and phrases. This is synthesized with zynaddsubfx. Sequenced and rendered with lmms, eqd, normalized and edited with audacity. Paste the following text into a text file and import that as labels in audacity, you can then export multiple files from this one and have them properly named. A neat trick to put order into this sample collection, quickly (i did the hard work for you), it alsow is much easier to uplaod multiple files i this way, as describing them all would take ages. 0. 000000 30. 545306 oneshots 0130. 545306 61. 272766 oneshots 0261. 272766 92. 018435 oneshots 0392. 018435 123. 000884 oneshots 04123. 000884 153. 710113 oneshots 05153. 710113 184. 692562 oneshots 06184. 692562 244. 690340 oneshots 07244. 690340 304. 360249 oneshots 08304. 360249 309. 860952 roll short 01309. 860952 314. 924512 roll short 02314. 924512 320. 060930 roll short 03320. 060930 325. 124490 roll short 04325. 124490 330. 333787 roll short 05330. 333787 335. 506621 roll short 06335. 506621 340. 706803 roll short 07340. 706803 350. 915896 roll decelerating 01350. 915896 361. 115873 roll decelerating 02361. 115873 371. 534422 roll decelerating 03371. 534422 381. 989410 roll decelerating 04381. 989410 392. 189388 roll decelerating 05392. 189388 402. 498662 roll decelerating 06402. 498662 414. 647574 roll decelerating 07414. 647574 422. 752925 roll long 01422. 752925 430. 803628 roll long 02430. 803628 438. 854331 roll long 03438. 854331 446. 795737 roll long 04455. 101429 463. 152132 roll glide up 01463. 152132 471. 202834 roll glide up 02471. 202834 479. 326395 roll glide up 03479. 326395 487. 413537 roll glide up 04487. 413537 495. 500658 roll glide up 05495. 500658 503. 587800 roll glide down 01503. 587800 511. 565646 roll glide down 02511. 565646 519. 652766 roll glide down 03519. 652766 527. 776327 roll glide down 04527. 776327 535. 972744 roll glide down 05535. 972744 542. 019887 phrase a 01542. 019887 548. 176304 phrase a 02548. 176304 554. 296281 phrase a 03554. 296281 560. 379841 phrase a 04560. 379841 566. 463401 phrase a 05566. 463401 574. 696258 phrase a 06574. 696258 578. 666961 accent 01578. 666961 582. 819819 accent 02582. 819819 586. 899796 accent 03586. 899796 590. 761224 accent 04590. 761224 594. 768367 accent 05594. 768367 600. 997642 accent 06600. 997642 606. 316213 phrase b 01606. 316213 611. 634762 phrase b 02611. 634762 617. 026190 phrase b 03617. 026190 622. 344762 phrase b 04622. 344762 630. 431882 phrase b 05630. 431882 635. 714014 glide up 01635. 714014 640. 959728 glide up 02640. 959728 646. 387574 glide up 03646. 387574 651. 669705 glide up 04651. 669705 657. 061134 glide up 05657. 061134 662. 416122 glide up 06662. 416122 667. 698254 glide down 01667. 698254 673. 089683 glide down 02673. 089683 678. 444671 glide down 03678. 444671 683. 799660 glide down 04683. 799660 689. 045374 glide down 05689. 045374 695. 071319 glide down 06703. 454324 711. 891179 roll long 05711. 891179 720. 076735 roll long 06720. 076735 728. 540499 roll long 07728. 540499 733. 672177 wobble 01733. 672177 739. 129206 wobble 02739. 129206 744. 406735 wobble 03744. 406735 749. 731383 wobble 04749. 731383 755. 116599 wobble 05755. 116599 761. 650683 wobble 06.
